Prototype PCB Assembly is our specialty. With our professional soldering technicians, SMT process Engineers and component procurement specialists we can provide an affordable highly flexible assembly process with fast turnaround.
We handle prototype assembly quantities from 5 to 25 boards. This service lets you get complex designs built for testing without worrying about electronic assembly workmanship. Our proto assembly area has a unique layout design that allows flexible mixing of automated and manual part loading stations. We can also easily handle the fine pitch components and BGAs for high density FR-4 boards.
Turn-Key PCB assembly is our core business, even in the prototype stage. With our expertise and resources we do everything for you from PCB prototyping, component purchasing and circuit board assembly under one roof. We can also assemble from kitted parts if you prefer.

We work with both smt prototype and small production runs, using both manual and automatic smd assembly processes. We perform single and double sided placement of all component types. With us, you don't have to think about the details of production yourself and can focus on your design.

We had traditional through-hole circuitry, with leads being directly threaded through pre-made holes in the printed circuit board. This was simple enough to be done by hand, but Ball Grid Array (BGA) PCB extremely inefficient in terms of optimizing space usage.

Through-hole mounting techniques are now usually reserved for bulkier or heavier components such as electrolytic capacitors or semiconductors in larger packages such as the TO220 that require the additional mounting strength, or for components such as plug connectors or electromechanical relays that require great strength in support.
